Call Center Executives
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and vendors
- Report to Call centre head with DCR ( daily call report )
- Handle escalation calls and report to the supervisor immediately where required
- Should be flexible to work on rotational shifts depending upon everyday call ratio
- Seize opportunities to upsell products where required
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in handling inbound/ outbound calls
- willing to work in flexible shifts
- Fluency in Tamil and English
- Hindi will be an added advantage
