Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and vendors
  • Report to Call centre head with DCR ( daily call report )
  • Handle escalation calls and report to the supervisor immediately where required
  • Should be flexible to work on rotational shifts depending upon everyday call ratio
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products where required

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in handling inbound/ outbound calls
  • willing to work in flexible shifts
  • Fluency in Tamil and English
  • Hindi will be an added advantage
