Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handling of any litigation matters, drafting of contracts for Consultancy, Rental, Lease
• Drafting verbiages for Bank Guarantees and Letter of Credit
• Handle legal issues, if any for the group companies.

Required Skills:

• Lawyer/ Legal Heads
• Drafting verbiages for Bank Guarantees
• LCs handling Litigations
• Drafting contracts
• Preferably from a Banking background.
