When purchasing our services, you agree to provide Us with a valid email as well as valid billing information. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information You provide to us. If We do so after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to You in the amount of the purchase price. We also may request additional information from You prior to confirming the provision of our services and We reserve the right to place any additional restrictions on the sale of any of Our Services. Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on our website or online portals are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any Services which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel within the time frames and you have already paid for the Services, you will receive a full refund from TRDFIN.
User agrees that in case of change in price, TRDFIN or its employees will not be liable to him in any manner.
The total price for Services including all other charges, taxes, costs, if any, will be displayed on the Website or our Online Portals when you place your order. Full payment must be made for all the particulars mentioned in the order.
If you choose online payment, you shall ensure that the online payment mode is secured, your debit/credit card details will be encrypted to prevent the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the internet. Your credit card company may also conduct necessary security checks to confirm about your identification before making any such payment.
The delivery period quoted at the time of ordering is approximate only and may vary. TRDFIN will endeavor to deliver within the time stated; however, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
9. ORDER CANCELLATION, AMENDMENTS AND REFUND POLICY
Once the order has been confirmed and payment is taken from your account, you will be unable to cancel your order On Line and will not be eligible for a refund. To change or cancel your order please contact the TRDFIN Customer Support team to attempt to resolve your request. Where the processing of your order is already underway, TRDFIN cannot guarantee your request will be accepted.
If the Order Cancellation is accepted then the Refund will be credited to the customer in case of any cancellations within 7-8 days.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

17. TERMINATION

You can simply discontinue using Service if you want to terminate your account.
